Holly Grove Farms – “What Food Consumers Don’t Know”

In our second of This Friday’s Featured Farmer is Debbie Craig from Holly Grove Farms. One part of Debbie’s farming operation is giving educational tours to organizations and families interested in learning more about food and farming. In this video, Debbie answers common questions that food consumers have about farming and gives tips on how to learn more.

Debbie’s farm and dairy is located in Mount Olive, NC, where she and her family raise goats and hogs, as well as make delicious goat milk chevre cheese!
